Requirements For MPCU Membership
Completion of membership application form
Two (2) forms of valid ID (ID, DP, PP, Birth Certificate)
Utility bill/ bank statement (no older than 1 months)
Proof of Employment – Job Letter (no older than 1 months)
Proof of Income – Payslip (within 1 month)
Self-employed – Business Registration & other Statutory Documents required
Unemployed Persons – Evidence to support how the account will be funded
Registration fee of $10.00 (TT)
Share Purchase of $50.00 (TT)

Electronic Birth certificate
Registration Fee of $1.00

Parent/legal guardian must submit the above requirements
